Andy Parker & the Internationales - Who's That Knocking?

Who’s That Knocking?:

The Internationales have been providing great instrumental tracks now for several years guided by Andy Parker.

The second single from their album Mirrorball, is the ‘noir’-styled, Who’s That Knocking?, out now on Into the Red Records – London and distributed by CD Baby.

This will be their second album on the label, and Mirrorball will also be Andy’s fifth instrumental CD, in total. A songwriter and singer over many years in bands, Andy has long enjoyed writing guitar instrumentals and with the new collection on Mirrorball has honed his skills ever sharper.

“Like most of our tunes, Who’s That Knocking?, took time to develop,” said Andy when we spoke to him, ‘”And, as it evolved, more filmic possibilities emerged, giving it a very noir feel.”

Created by the same writing team as the previous album, Burn With A Brighter Flame, Andy Duncan on bass and Chris Bihlmaier on keyboards, both the singles and new album once again feature Pedro Ortiz on percussion, with additional help from Tom Cambata on kit drums and an old friend of the two Andys, since their studio days in east London, Rod Arran on EWI.
